The Moschino brand was originally created in 1983 by Franco Moschino. His fashion label became famous for its innovative, colourful and eccentric design, which often poked fun at the fashion industry and raised social awareness through controversial advertising campaigns. Today, Moschino operates under the creative direction of designer Jeremy Scott, who showed his first collection in 2014. The brand still occupies an important position on the international fashion stage and is a firm favourite with artists such as Madonna, Kylie Minogue and Lady Gaga. The brand consists of several labels – the Moschino main line, Moschino Cheap and Chic, a secondary line for women, and Love Moschino, a men’s and women’s diffusion line – as well as accessories, jewellery, watches, perfume and cosmetics.
