Their hallmark open kitchen design invites guests to feel a connection to the chefs and to the meal they are about to enjoy. Unique to this restaurant, the idea of an open, natural space extends not just throughout the restaurant’s interiors and organic stone and water installations, but through to ROSSIO’s philosophy behind food preparation.
The façade of the Grande Praça which is facing the main hotel lobby is the European architecture inspired by the Central Train Station in Lisbon, naming “ROSSIO”. Located next to this main feature of the Grande Praça, the restaurant is then named after as ROSSIO.
